2020 Book Blogger Awards Nominations

Hi everyone! I hope your week has been awesome so far and that you’ve been able to spend some time outside. I went to the beach a few days ago with my family and now I am a living hot dog, (redheads DO NOT TAN). Today I will be sharing my nominations for the fourth annual Book Blogger Awards, hosted by Marie @Drizzle and Hurricane Books and May @Forever and Everly. This is my first time doing the awards because last year at this time I wasn’t blogging. I’m so excited to be talking about these amazing bloggers today! They deserve some recognition.

Note: All graphics are my own. You can use them if you wish, but please credit me as the creator.

Madeline @The Bookish Mutant

I love Madeline’s blog so much! She always includes a song of the day in each of her posts, which I think is really cool. She is also really good at writing reviews. I’ve added many books to my TBR because of Madeline.

Beck @SMELLFOY CAN READ?

She literally has the best posts! I love that Beck isn’t afraid to speak her mind, (mostly on the topics of Star Wars, Marvel, and Doctor Who). I love her use of GIFs in posts and her header images are amazing. Please go check out her blog!

Kay @Hammock of Books

Kay reviews primarily YA books and I love reading what she has to say. Her reviews are in depth and thorough. Kay makes sure to cover all the details about the books she reviews, usually without spoilers. I look to her for book recs.

Hamad @The Book Prescription

I love reading Hamad’s reviews. They’re honest and fun to read. He’s also a proponent of self-published and indie authors which is really cool!

Rain @Book Dragonism

I recently started following Rain and she has some great reviews! She reviews primarily YA fantasy and science fiction, but I’ve seen her review adult titles in this sub-genre as well.

Virginia @The Sassy Library Fox

Virginia’s reviews are awesome! She always breaks them down into plot, character, and ships, which I really like. Virginia seems like such a nice person and she is also super supportive of the blogging community.

Emer @A Little Haze Book Blog

Emer is another book blogger who writes great reviews. She also writes a lot of reviews. She has a directory embedded in her blog with a list of all the reviews she has written, which I appreciate as a reader and a blogger.

Mandy and Sha @Book Princess Reviews

Mandy and Sha’s reviewing system is literally the best and also very helpful in figuring out if I think a book would be for me or not. Book Princess Reviews is a great place for book recs. Their aesthetic is also super fun!

Nish and Ngoc @Nish and Ngoc’s Book Nook

I love this blog so much! Nish and Ngoc’s blog is a great place for book recs of all kinds and also a great place for blogging inspiration in general.

Evelyn @Evelyn Reads

Evelyn has such a nice aesthetic. I love all of the graphics she uses for her book reviews and she always has a cute bookstagram picture of the books she reviews.

Beck @SMELLFOY CAN READ?

Again, I love Beck’s aesthetic. She always has a Funk Pop header image, usually of a Marvel or Harry Potter character, and I think that’s pretty cool.

Madeline @The Bookish Mutant

Madeline is overall such a supportive person. She almost always comments on my posts and she is such an encouraging blogger.

Lori @The Reading Fairy

Lori is another super supportive blogger. I recently started following her and she also has some really cool content. I actually found out about these awards through Lori’s blog!

Rukky @Eternity Books

Rukky writes super creative, engaging posts and she is also one half of Let’s Talk Bookish. She comes up with really unique posts and is also inolved in the blogging community.

R.E. Klinzing @R.E. Klinzing.com

R.E. Klinzing is a teenage author and I love reading about the books she is reading and her experience as a young author. Her posts are creative while also being short and she’s such a sweet person.

Nish and Ngoc@ Nish and Ngoc’s Book Nook

These two have the best personalities. Between balancing a blog and being med students, Nish and Ngoc have great personalities and somehow always seem to be happy.

Sherena @Pink Skies

Sherena is such a friendly blogger. From reading her posts, it seems like she has fun writing every post. Sherena’s blog is definitely one to follow.

Priyasha @Books and Co.

Priyasha is a very friendly blogger and we’ve had some good book discussions via the comments section on her blog. She writes great discussion posts that start active conversations as well.

Emer @A Little Haze Book Blog

Emer started her blog at the end of June last year, so I’m kind of cheating a little bit, but she is new! Emer is definitely one of my favorite bloggers for her creativity, great personality, and overall engagement in the blogging community.

Evelyn @Evelyn Reads

Evelyn runs a great blog and I had to nominate her for the best blogger award. Her blog is pretty, inspiring, and her posts are well-written. Go check out her blog!

I hope you enjoyed this post! I encourage my fellow book bloggers to also share their nominations for these awards and support other bloggers.
